1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings and use of services provided by ForeTee Mobile LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By booking an event, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
Bookings are secured once we receive your deposit and any required booking details.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit (amount set by ForeTee Mobile) is required to secure your date.
- Balance: Full payment is due prior to or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Methods: Credit card, ACH transfer, or other approved methods.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before event: full refund of deposit.
- 7–14 days before event: 50% refund of deposit.
- Within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: may be offered subject to availability.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Space Requirements
Provide a safe, level space for setup with sufficient power access as specified by ForeTee Mobile.
3.2 Safety & Supervision
Ensure guests comply with simulator rules and safety guidelines. Children must be supervised.
3.3 Loss or Damage
You are financially responsible for damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alterations during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
4. Company Responsibilities
4.1 Setup & Takedown
Our team handles delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown at the agreed location in a timely manner.
4.2 On-Site Support
Our staff provides assistance and technical support to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
4.3 Equipment Maintenance
We maintain the simulator and equipment in good working order and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues promptly.
5. Liability & Waiver
Waiver required. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to using the simulator. To the extent permitted by law, ForeTee Mobile is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from improper use of the simulator.
6. Weather Policy
If severe weather prevents setup for outdoor events, we may reschedule at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Marketing & Media
We may take photos/videos during events for marketing unless you opt out in writing. Client-branded backdrops, logos, or custom graphics are available as add-ons.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Agreement
By booking an event with ForeTee Mobile, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
